To reach the goal of 200 trees, there are 2 options:

 Property owners can submit their trees that are already planted in 2024 or 2025! 

Just submit this form (https://forms.gle/JkJcJkozjUx4z2Z39) and your tree(s) will be added to the official 200 trees!

Purchasing and planting of trees beginning in 2026.

Orders will only be accepted from homeowners/donors within 53586 zip code

Trees will be delivered to Shullsburg on a pre-determined date in the spring of 2026

Certificate will be sent to homeowner/donor stating inclusion of tree in registry

Additional tree deliveries will be offered in fall of 2026 and spring of 2027
