Help us plant 200 trees within the 53586 zip code to celebrate Shullsburg’s Bicentennial!!
A registry of all Bicentennial trees will be included in the 2027 time capsule, and participants will receive a certificate of inclusion with details about their tree. Newly planted trees will benefit homeowners and the greater community, leaving a legacy for the next generation and contributing to our historic celebration in a unique and environmentally-friendly way.
In order to achieve our goal, residents can choose one of two options:
Option 1
Just submit this form (https://forms.gle/JkJcJkozjUx4z2Z39) and your tree(s) will be added to the official 200 trees!
Option 2
Plant a new tree! Check out our list of trees available for preorder on the Shop page, to be delivered in the Spring of 2026.
• Payment must be made at time of preorder
• Orders will only be accepted from homeowners/donors within the 53586 zip code
• Tree planting assistance may be available through the Shullsburg FFA
• Additional tree deliveries will be offered in the Fall of 2026 and Spring of 2027
• Owners will be responsible for the care/maintenance of the tree.
